An introduction to the CHASE Graduate Academy

The CHASE Graduate Academy operates exclusively in the UK pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors. We work very closely with our clients, large multinational pharmaceutical and healthcare organisations, to place graduates in their first role in medical sales.

We’re keen to speak to driven, ambitious, and passionate people! You do not need to come from a medical or science background and you do not need any prior medical sales experience to apply.

Working in medical sales, you will learn how to engage with healthcare professionals to increase the sales of your company’s life-enhancing therapies or products.

You will learn quickly how important your role is to your regional sales team’s overall success; from demonstrating your selling & influencing skills you learnt along the way with your customers, to the effective working relationships that you develop with your colleagues.

Our candidate requirements include:

  • Full UK Driving License
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Ideally a 2:1 degree (but not essential)
  • Exceptional communication skills - written and verbal

Our Academy follows a mentoring programme that teams our graduates with experienced CHASE Project Managers, who will help guide you through your transition from a graduate to a sales professional. You will receive first class training, support and development with excellent pay and benefits.

Our Graduate Academy offers:

  • CV support
  • Assessment support and techniques
  • Interview questions and preparation
  • Research and industry insight
  • Healthcare and pharmaceutical knowledge
  • Training and mentoring
  • Networking and team work
  • Transferable skills
  • Job opportunities with leading Pharma and Healthcare companies
