Account Manager/Senior Account Manager - Clinical Trials Campaigns - Marlow office

This is an exciting opportunity to work on the launch of a brand new clinical trials arm of our client. Working across many different therapy areas, you'll have the chance to deliver on some interesting campaigns to drive patient access and retention to clinical trials.

You will be involved at every stage - from pitch to delivery - researching the client and market, building engaging campaigns to drive trial recruitment and retention, developing site facing and patient facing materials through a multi-channel approach and providing support for the day-to-day running of the clinical trials business:

You will love this role if you:
*Are curious about the patient journey right from the start, specifically clinical trials, the recruitment of patients to them and retention on those trials
*Are interested in pharmaceutical brands and healthcare - how drugs do what they do, how to differentiate them and how they help people
*Enjoy regular client contact through face to face meetings, phone communication, and providing regular written status reports
*Get a great deal of satisfaction from delivering projects on time and on budget
*Have a high attention to detail, to ensure that quality outputs are delivered to your clients

You will be a success if you are:
*Experienced in working in clinical trials (either from a CRO background or from an agency background), have life sciences and /or pharmaceutical branding and marketing experience
*Interested in developing new ideas to bring science and medicine to life
*A team worker and enjoy a collaborative work environment
*Keen to learn new skills and explore new therapy areas
*Able to build relationships with clients (external and internal) and value the importance of creating a good rapport
*Keen to be (or work towards being) a team manager, coaching junior members of the team with their day-to-day work and provide support to improve quality
*Fascinated about keeping abreast of the healthcare and clinical trials environment and developing a clear understanding of the disease and therapy areas associated with key clients

Key attributes /skills /competencies:
*Able to demonstrate a meticulous eye when checking copy/proofs
*Strong written and verbal communication skills
*An understanding of the decision-making processes and the ability to work under pressure
*Experience with multi lingual campaigns would be useful
*An understanding of Ethics Committee processes globally is highly desirable.
