Clinic Nurse Manager - West London

Our client is a licensed producer, supplier and exporter of pharmaceutical grade medicinal cannabis. They also offers a range of education, access and management services to support eligible patients and healthcare professionals in navigating medicinal cannabis treatment pathways.

They currently operate within highly regulated medicinal cannabis markets including Australia and the UK, with plans to expand into emerging markets throughout Asia and Europe.

Their Clinic provides leading independent advice and care to help patients access medical cannabis treatments. They pride themselves on a reputation of delivering clinical assessment and supportive care for patients suffering from debilitating conditions including:

  • Chronic or neuropathic pain
  • Sleep disorders
  • Generalised anxiety disorder
  • Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder
  • Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder

Working at their Notting Hill clinic, the Nurse Managers responsibility is to ensure the clinical operations are well led, staffed with competent professionals, and are delivering a high level of patient care.

The Nurse Manager will also act as the Care Quality Commission (CQC) registered manager ensuring compliance with the CQC regulatory framework and that any risks are mitigated.

They will, as needed, conduct scheduled audits to understand the quality and standards, resolving any deficiencies. They will oversee the day-to-day service delivery in addition to providing some patient services as required.

Your suitability for the role will be defined by your current/previous nursing experience (Band 6 or 7) and you will have led governance activities/ risk management, complaints handling, audit scheduling, investigations where you have worked with complex and challenging patient groups.

You will also have had the opportunity to manage clinical teams.
