We are seeking an outstanding Digital Manager to work with this ground-breaking Company. They have a bold ambition: to establish themselves as one of the main players in a completely new therapeutic area!

This requires a company-wide transformation including deployment of digital and data technologies and new customer-centric engagement models.

The Digital Manager role requires experience & the ability to translate customer needs into digital engagement opportunities. This role will be responsible for developing & executing digital marketing strategies and deliver best-in-class customer experiences around their products & services.

This position will support multiple franchises, brands and indications - leveraging, orchestrating & measuring Omni-Channel marketing campaigns and digital solutions

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Execution of the digital plan and solutions
  • Design digital & customer engagement strategy
  • Digital Leadership & Governance

What you'll bring to the role:

  • Post graduate qualification in digital / customer-focused marketing preferred
  • Hands on digital marketing experience from within the UK Pharmaceutical/Healthcare industry
  • Experience planning & executing across digital channels & platforms e.g. CRM, Marketing automation (SalesForce Marketing Cloud), email, web etc.
  • Leading and developing solutions in a cross-functional, collaborative environment
  • Collaboration and stakeholder management
  • Understanding of Oncology markets and challenges desirable, but not essential
