Field Force Sales Administrator - Remote/Home based

Our client is a highly successful German pharmaceutical company that has had a presence in the UK since 2005. They specialize in the treatment of GI and liver disease with the goal to develop innovative medicines with patient friendly delivery systems that encourage adherence to treatment.

Currently they are seeking to appoint a Field Force Sales Administrator to provide the National Sales Manager and field force with administrative support.

Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Demonstrate and maintain effective administrative processes in line with company expectations and as directed by the priorities of the business
  • Engage and liaise with the sales team and Health Care Professionals (HCPs) across the NHS/ HSE as guided, and as appropriate, to support the activities of the field force
  • Support coordination of internal and external meetings as agreed
  • Edit, format and process documents such as, but not limited to, agendas, contracts, and evaluation forms in relation to educational meetings, using the materials approval system (Veeva)
  • Production and analysis of monthly sales and activity and post-meeting reports
  • Utilise and keep updated, the company Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
  • Management of calendar entries
  • Management of courses on the E-Learning platform
  • Management of company car fleet
  • Processing of annual leave
  • Processing of expenses

Experience required will include:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and adobe
  • Previous use of Veeva or similar package for promotional material approval (desirable)
  • Knowledge of CRM systems
  • Previous sales and/ or administrative experience
  • Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical industry (or willingness to learn)
  • Basic knowledge of the NHS/ HSE system (or willingness to learn)
  • Ability to utilise a range of digital technology and platforms (Zoom, MS Teams)
