Field Technical Manager (Clinical Specialist) - Reconstruction - Ipswich / Colchester

Our client is a global leader in Medical Devices, supporting healthcare professionals in more than 100 countries to improve the lives of their patients.
They do this by taking a pioneering approach to the design of their advanced medical products and services, enabling better outcomes for patients and healthcare systems.
Their Reconstruction portfolio is already extremely successful, with good growth plans ahead; they are now looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Field Technical Manager for their Reconstruction portfolio to work covering the East Anglia area.

With a nursing or ODP background you will either be currently a Nurse Advisor or Clinical Specialist working within the Health Service as a Nurse/ Scrub Nurse/ Theatre Nurse/ ODP.

You must be RGN qualified with a desire to be trained in to this fast moving and technical role.

The key skills we are looking for are excellent communication skills, evidence of team working and the ability to demonstrate time management.

In this role, you will have regional responsibility for an area and will focus on key NHS clinical & financial stakeholders across the territory. The majority of work will focus on hospital accounts across the territory and the key stakeholders are surgeons, theatre staff and procurement. The role will involve supporting the Territory Manager for the region and providing product training and support to the account customers.

The portfolio which includes some highly innovative, best in-class products is well regarded by the customer base and the opportunities to develop the business from a strategic standpoint are there.

As it's a key territory for the business, the ideal candidate will be an experienced medical device sales professional, ideally with some theatre based experience, and be able to demonstrate clear success and KOL developments skills across the marketplace.

However, applications will also be considered from talented individuals with a track record of sales success in medical device sales or pharmaceuticals.
