In the role of Sales Capability Development Lead you will be responsible for the implementation of the Commercial/Sales Academy strategy in respect of training, development, capability growth and technology. You will use your experience of managing projects to enable affiliates to develop the required capability in their Sales Teams.

Developing and enabling Learning Pathways which build core capability will be a critical part of the role, as will the use of learning technology to design/source, deliver and measure impact of the Learning Pathways.

You will work with the international affiliate stakeholders as well as the Commercial Affairs and SFE teams to provide a seamless offer which is aligned to business challenges.

In this newly created role, you will have end to end responsibility for managing learning projects as well as managing the partnerships with technology and learning content providers. You will use your experience and knowledge of what makes a great learning experience to ensure that their Sales teams have access to best in class learning which enables them to build relationships and partnerships with HCP's, the ultimate goal being improved access to medicines for those patients who would benefit.

Your passion for and experience in measuring the impact of learning programmes will help you to analyse and improve learning based on KPI's and analytics data. You will be able to share this with key stakeholders to demonstrate that the investment in Sales training shows a return on behaviour and performance.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

  • Relevant experience in an Learning & Development role (pharmaceutical or life science industry is preferred)
  • Experience of delivering impactful learning initiatives, linked to behavioural change & performance improvement across and international setting
  • Proven results in setting, tracking and reporting on key ROI measures which demonstrate behavioural change and business impact
  • Experience in using mobile learning technology to plan, design, deliver and evaluate training
  • Management, implementation & evaluation of end to end projects
  • Experience in designing, building and implementing Learning programs to support business priorities
