Head of Marketing - Healthcare Solutions - UK & ROI

Our client is a forward-looking healthcare organisation with award-winning products and services, market-leading technology and a refreshing, unique approach to healthcare.

They have saved the NHS millions of pounds and improved the lives of thousands of patients through their medicine's optimisation programmes. They partner and work with CCG Medicines Optimisation teams and health boards across the UK to deliver agreed savings and improve quality of patient care.

They have created a new Head of Marketing role where you will oversee the marketing strategy for each priority revenue stream in partnership with the MD and sales directors and ensure that they are seen as leading on quality and service level by their industry.

This will be a portfolio role; they have a number of different products and services which have a varied customer base.

An expert in content marketing, you'll have had demonstrable success in telling stories via mediums from social posts and infographics, to long form blog articles or white papers. You'll not only coordinate the resources at your disposal but be just as happy rolling up your sleeves and authoring a thought leadership piece or crafting our social media messages.

You will have experience in leveraging both earned, paid and owned media in a b2b capacity and have worked in a highly regulated industry. Experience of the healthcare space is a bonus, but not critical. A passion for research and measured decision making will be in harmony with an action orientated mindset that is obsessed with improvement.

You will have led marketing personnel directly and cross functionally and have the ability to work in a matric with field-based leaders.

Remote working beyond Covid-19 is perfectly viable, and whilst our client's offices are in Leicester - you will only need to travel when essential.

In addition, you are an excellent communicator at all levels, thrive on fast pace and change, seeking alternative perspectives on the challenges you face.
