Instructional Designer/Trainer - Speciality Pharmaceuticals - London

Our client is a UK (London) head quartered pharmaceutical company with a strategic focus on specialty and hospital pharmaceuticals. Following two recent and significant acquisitions, one of a high quality rare disease business outside of the US and the other an Anti-infectives portfolio (8 anti-infectives) they have grown their foot print in Western Europe and position as a partner for specialty and hospital pharmaceuticals in Europe.

As a result of these recent acquisitions the business has a very strong pipeline and will be launching multiple products in 2024. In readiness for that they are looking to hire an Instructional designer/Trainer to work part-time 2-3 days a week to build a curriculum and its content, transforming Medical data and information into Interactive (cutting edge animations) Commercial Training Materials. You will do a full analysis of the market, its competitors, and patient groups and all content will be housed in the CRM Success Factors. This role will work across European markets.

To be considered for this role, you will:

  • Be able to build a curriculum that caters to individual learning styles for an anti-infective launch in 2024

  • Understand and be able to apply the principles of adult learning in a digital/face to face hybrid model

  • Ideally have worked with Success Factors as an LMS module (preferable)

  • Have the expertise to create and curate content (working with external Subject Matter Experts where required)

  • Have experience taking complex medical content and making it come alive for Key Account Managers

  • Be able to work across European markets to engage affiliates for help and support in local training delivery

  • Ideally you will be London based or able to commute to the London Head Office 1-2 days/week to work with key stakeholders
