Key Account Manager - Diagnostics - North West

Our client is a major player in the Medical diagnostics marketplace across the UK and Europe and the United States. At this important time for the organisation, they are looking for a talented Key Account Manager to join their high-performing UK sales team to work covering Manchester, Cheshire, Liverpool, Bolton, Wigan and Penine.

The product portfolio focuses on diagnostics targeting a need in the marketplace. This is a visibly and strategically important role to cover the huge sales potential so it's important that the new incumbent will be a solutions-focused individual with a pro-active commercial mindset.

The ideal candidate will have Diagnostics or medical device sales experience, gained within a strategic sales role and a proven track record of sales success. However, candidates with a strong sales background in other areas will also be considered, provided it is within a technical sales function at Key Account / hospital level. However, diagnostics sales experience will be seen favourably. You will be ready to take on the next challenge into a highly visible sales role and advance your sales career.

They are interested in people with strong entrepreneurial skills, who think on their feet, are proactive, innovative and recognise opportunities whilst always being mindful of the need to get a return on investment (both of time and resources). Candidates should thrive in a team environment where trust, communication, working collaboratively, and a willingness to challenge each other are a given.
