National Sales Manager - Anaesthesia - UK Wide

This exciting, new, position has arisen due to the significant growth driven within the Anaesthesia franchise and the expansion of the sales team.
As a National Sales Manager for the franchise you will be responsible for leadership and development of a team of 8 Service Development Managers and the strategic implementation of their business plans.
As well as the management and development of the sales team you will be a vital part of the Franchise Leadership Team and the wider cross functional brand team and will be required to bring customer insight and input into the strategic and operational planning whilst supporting the SDM team to execute with excellence.
You will be required to lead on individual projects that both support current business but also look to challenge the thinking around opportunities for system transformation within a challenging acute trust surgical environment and will be integral to the successful implementation of the expanded customer engagement model for the franchise.
* Proven record of results both strategic & operationally
* Strong interpersonal and people skills
* Good knowledge of the NHS, especially around acute care
* Evidence of strong customer focus, particularly around advocacy development
* Strong decision making ability
* Previous management experience
