National Sales Manager - Oncology

Our client is dedicated to the creation and supply of innovative pharmaceutical products. In addition to a strong portfolio of medicines for hypertension and thrombotic disorders, the company's vision is to become a Global Pharma Innovator within Oncology.

Within the Oncology Business Unit and due to an exciting upcoming product launch, they have created a position as a 1st line National Sales Manager.

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring that the UK national team of Healthcare Development Managers perform at an optimum level at all times through the implementation of a Strategic Regional Plan to maximize market access and sales brand performance across different Oncology Brands.

The ideal qualifications and experience are:

*Significant line management and leadership experience from within the UK Pharmaceutical industry, gained whilst delivering successful business outcomes
*Relevant therapeutic knowledge
*Proven ability to lead and develop others at a National level
*Excellent understanding of the ABPI code of Practice, and ABPI qualified
*Excellent communication and customer influencing skill
*Strong knowledge of the NHS
*Proven ability to lead and develop others at a National level
*Strong project management skills and successful project co-ordination and/or management of Regional/National level initiatives
*Advanced presentation skills
*Strong numerical and data analysis skills/capability
