Our client is a global, family owned, pharmaceutical company and a growing business in the UK. They have multiple products across men's and women's health.

The main responsibilities of the role include developing and implementing brand strategies requiring both strategic and tactical input to meet or exceed agreed company targets.

The role requires the formulation and implementation of tactical projects to support sales, customer retention, business development and marketing development by bringing innovation and flare to the role.

Being able to cultivate binding relationships with customers that present opportunities, engaging appropriately with patient groups directly or through disease awareness programs is also a part of the role.

The ideal candidate will be a current Product Manager from within the UK pharmaceutical industry who is looking for a role in a small but growing organisation.

You will have:

• An understanding and working knowledge of the commercial aspects affecting product performance in market
• Experience of the male healthcare market in the UK would be a distinct advantage
• Significant experience of working within the ABPI Code of Practice.
• Be a self-starter who is results-oriented with a positive action-oriented outlook
• Keen for new experiences, willing to take on significant responsibility and accountability
• Comfortable in a growing and ever-changing environment.
