Professional Relations Manager - OTC Pharmaceuticals - UK
Our client is a well-established healthcare company and is dedicated to improving the health and wellbeing of people through the development, manufacture and supply of liquid medicines for patients who have difficulty swallowing solid medications or those who need a precise measured dose not available in a solid tablet.
They are seeking a talented Professional Relations Manager who will develops and execute their External Affairs activity whilst supporting the marketing and sales function with meeting short term objectives to drive sales and promotional activities.
This varied role will see you increase advocacy to assist the business to drive the use of liquid medicines to meet the clinical needs of patients.
Key responsibilities include:
*Develop and lead the annual opinion leader programme
*Generating advocacy with key stakeholders through structured engagement plans and tactics in line with Marketing strategy
*Organisation and execution of annual advisory board programme
*Management of all joint working initiatives with relevant healthcare and professional bodies
*Acting as the key liaison between external stakeholders and internal functions including Business Development, R&D and Regulatory Affairs to champion the needs of patients and HCPs
*Implementation of external communications programmes and activities
*Supporting the ales function to identify and develop relationships with healthcare professionals
To be successful in this role, we're looking for candidates to be educated to degree level with extensive experience in a similar role from within the UK Pharmaceutical industry.
Essential skills include:

* Strategic thinker with ability to roll up your sleeves
* Strong project management skills to manage multiple stakeholders and projects stream
