Regional Business Lead - Dermatology Biologics - North UK
Our client is a global leader in the biopharmaceutical industry dedicated to the research, development and commercialisation of innovative pharmaceutical and biotechnology products in the fields of central nervous system disorders, allergy/respiratory diseases, immune and inflammatory disorders and oncology.

In this new and innovative role, you will implement sales, medical and market access strategy to drive the continued success of their Dermatology Biologics portfolio.
You will be responsible for the leadership of a multi-disciplinary team of sales, market access and medical specialists who will facilitate the development of a broad and deep network of relationships within targeted accounts that may include a diverse base of customers such as clinicians, pharmacists, procurement, hospital trust executives, nurses, specialist GPs and payer groups.
A key element of your role will be the development of a strategic and tactical plan for your business that must take account of both short- and long-term ambitions.
Your suitability will be defined by your:
* Current/previous experience managing a multi-disciplinary team from within the UK Pharmaceutical industry
* A credible understanding of the therapeutic area including clinic, payer and policy interactions
* Be able to demonstrate National and local NHS knowledge as well as detailed product and competitor knowledge
* Be experienced in business planning and business case development as well as the experience and knowledge of funding pathways and processes for higher cost branded medicines.
