Our client is a global leader in generic and biosimilar medicines, committed to playing a leading role in driving access to medicine worldwide. Their number 1 priority is to pioneer patient access to better healthcare.

They are now seeking a talented Senior Brand Manager at the location shown. The Senior Brand Manager is a critical role for their business as they enter a new therapy area of Multiple Sclerosis, supporting the NHS to release potential savings with the introduction of biosimilars. This role will require full ownership of pre, peri and post launch activities. Developing positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders through in field engagement will be key. You will lead on the brand strategy development and implementation for this exiting launch.

Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Develop brand strategy, promotional campaigns & tactical plans within marketing budgets

  • Prepare content of Integrated Brand Teams and Launch Teams

  • Run market research programs & market insights for responsible brand and monitors /anticipates market development

  • Lead the cross-functional local/regional brand Team, including coordination of Integrated Product Strategy Plan, and monitoring the execution of objectives

  • Map key services to patients (patient support program) offered inside and outside of key hospital centres

  • Monitor execution of regional/local tactics, assuring excellence and coherence with Novartis strategy & customer needs

What you'll bring to the role:

  • ABPI qualified with experience in Key Account Management

  • Track record in multichannel / Omni channel content adaptation, localisation and delivery

  • Strong project management skills, ability to work in multiple therapeutic areas and manage multiple brands , external focus, strong communication and customer engagement skills

  • Working with cross-functional teams; savviness to partner with Region and balance local / regional needs
