Senior Commercial Manager EMEA - Neurology - Hertfordshire

This family owned Global Pharmaceutical organisation are exclusively focused on the secondary care sector and specialise in ground breaking treatments including Oncology and Neurology.

They now seek a talented candidate to join their highly successful Commercial team, where you will achieve the commercial targets of the Neurology Business Group portfolio with commercial partners across the EMEA region, including CEE & ME countries and Africa. Your responsibilities will include creating the strategic plan for pipe-line business and achieving commercial targets to maximise revenues.

Additional responsibilities will include:

  • Implement and facilitate EMEA Neurology marketing strategies with all partners and products
  • Co-ordinate & motivate internal stakeholders
  • Ensure product order requirements are satisfied
  • Ensure supply chain integrity with partner markets
  • Prioritise NBG products within partners' portfolios; set business plan targets, monitor partner metrics and drive achievement
  • Work with EMEA Business Intelligence to identify needs for product and commissions market research in order to maximize the product potential
  • Monitor, interpret and act on KPI data
  • Ensure Partners meet compliance and operating standards
  • Market access strategy development with Global Value Access team to maximise prices, revenues and minimise business impact of price referencing

Candidate profile:

  • Proven pharmaceutical marketing experience, brand management and product management
  • Commercial and alliance management experience
  • Team player; comfortable working in matrix environment, closely with commercial department
  • Customer focused and problem solving. A flair for creativity, new ideas and solutions
  • Fast learner; able to familiarise yourself with new markets, therapeutic areas, and compounds
  • Competent in critical appraisal of data & evidence-based medicine
  • Strong influencing skills with proven ability to effectively drive through key deliverables and messages to stakeholders both internally & externally
  • Diplomatic/culturally sensitive; able to deal with a range of personalities and demographics in order to achieve business objectives
