Service Development Manager - Anaesthesia - South West/South Central

This exciting, new, position has arisen due to the significant growth driven within the Anaesthesia franchise and the expansion of the sales team.

Working with a novel and innovative product within the Anaesthesia team, part of the Specialty Care Business Unit, you will have the opportunity to join a growing franchise and not only maximise the sales of their key product, but also to revolutionise the practice of Anaesthesia in the U.K.

Aligned to NHS priorities and initiatives, you will be devising and implementing partnership projects that will provide solutions to the challenges faced in today's, and tomorrow's NHS, driving system transformation in the surgical setting and improving outcomes for patients. By working with multiple key stakeholders, you will develop the value proposition for the brand as well as continually growing product sales.

You will be responsible for ensuring access to the product in all accounts across the given territory, collaborating with key stakeholders internally and externally to drive system transformation.

Experience required:
* Prior experience and proven sales success in the secondary care arena
* Previous proven experience in a sales role
* Proven experience of working with the NHS
* Strategic Key Account management skills
* Excellent networking and influencing skill
* Analytical skills
* Negotiation skills
* Project management
