Territory Business Manager - Palliative Care - London & South East England

Our client is a market leading global innovator in medical device technology with a reputation for excellence worldwide.

They are currently looking to appoint a Territory Business Manager to look after a key territory (London, Kent, Surrey, Sussex, Essex, Herts, Beds), promoting their highly regarded and very successful palliative care portfolio.

You will be responsible for selling a range of solutions and products across the NHS, both within Acute and Community settings, with key contacts including Cardio Thoracic and Respiratory Consultants, Interventional Radiologists, CCG Commissioners and District Nurses.

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, the successful candidate will have the following key accountabilities:
*To achieve the annually agreed sales objectives and growth within the region
*Developing strategic partnerships
*Work closely with senior leaders and stakeholders within the territory
*Manage complex multi-account agreements
*To perform a continual review of metrics, sales data and build in insights to recommend and make appropriate market changes to drive product growth

Living on territory, the ideal candidate will be educated to degree level or equivalent. You will be highly motivated and action orientated and be comfortable taking the initiative. You will be comfortable working individually as well as part of a team and will demonstrate strong PC-literacy. You will have had previous experience in NHS healthcare sales (understanding of the evolving NHS structure i.e.procurement STP's / Commissioning Groups, contract negotiation) and demonstrate proven sales success. The successful candidate will be able to show a collaborative and proactive team approach as well as a highly empathetic nature with a predominantly terminally ill patient grouping. Previous theatre sales experience would be highly advantageous.
