Our client is a highly regarded medical technology company with a niche product portfolio. They have started to develop a foothold in the UK diabetes (Insulin) market and have exciting growth plans for the next few years.
The company are now looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Territory Sales Manager to work covering their high potential Yorkshire/Humber territory.
In this role you will identify and develop key decision makers across the broad NHS economy (diabetes clinical leads & DSN's) and favourably position their innovative & niche product to achieve your sales objectives.
As this will be a very autonomous role, you will need to have strong negotiation and decision-making skills as well as excellent communication capabilities. As you will be working closely with the NHS you will need a clear understanding of the local NHS dynamics across the territory, relating to Diabetes management and its drivers. The role would suit a driven and determined individual with a strong track record of commercial sales success across this territory in a relevant market.
The ideal candidate would possess:
- 3-5 years of Diabetes/insulin device/CGM industry experience (ideal)
- Strong understanding of the NHS structure
- Good contacts within the industry across the territory and track record in NHS sales account management
