Our client had been seeking external candidates to benchmark against internal applicants for 3 critical Area Business Manager (ABM) positions following a company restructure.
Attempts to find suitable candidates externally was proving extremely challenging. These were critical roles to fill given the imminent launch of a “game changing” medicine.
We were asked to source and select a small number of high-quality experienced ABMs. Competency, attitude and business acumen were all critical considerations.
External candidates would provide an excellent benchmark for the internal talent pool.
CHASE identified and submitted 10 high calibre, experienced ABM candidates within tight timelines.
6 of these were invited to a challenging 1st interview and of these, 4 were progressed to Assessment Centre stage.
This activity allowed the client to fill all 3 positions, 1 with a CHASE candidate and the other 2 with internal promotions.
