A diverse, multinational pharma organisation invited us to meet their resourcing needs. The incumbent supplier had been working as dedicated outsourcing and recruitment partner for many years yet was regularly failing to fill strategically important vacancies.

The solution

Our recruitment consultants engaged with recruiting managers to ensure they fully understood the managers recruitment needs.

Our recruitment consultants interrogated their geographical data bases to identify suitable candidates and interviewed each one in order to ensure that the most appropriate candidates were identified before being put forward to client assessment centres.

The outcomes

  • 64% of the total Key Account Manager vacancies made were filled by CHASE
  • 100% of the 3 Regional Account Director positions were filled by CHASE
