Our Pharma client required a Sales Representative to cover Primary Care customers. With a tight deadline and training course date to work to we needed to source the right local talent within a defined timeframe.
After extensive searches and networking we managed to source a very bright and ambitious NHS Medicines Management Professional who was hired by the client on an ongoing CHASE headcount basis. The client was so impressed with this individual that they decided to offer them a Hospital Specialist role instead.
Within 18 months of hire they were promoted from a Hospital Specialist into a sophisticated Key Account Manager role and recently has been appointed to a pure strategic Market Access position.
