Our Pharma client required a Sales Representative to cover Primary Care customers. With a tight deadline and training course date to work to we needed to source the right local talent within a defined timeframe.
After extensive searches and networking we managed to source a very bright and ambitious NHS Medicines Management Professional who was hired by the client on a ongoing CHASE headcount basis. The client was so impressed with this individual that they decided to offer a Hospital Specialist role instead.
Within 18 months of hire was promoted from a Hospital Sales Representative into a sophisticated KAM role and recently has been appointed to a pure strategic Market Access role.
