A specialist rare disease pharmaceutical organisation wanted to expand its presence in the UK. They had a need for 4 very senior specialist KAMs.
Initially client chose to go to a European headhunter who failed to recruit any of the candidates required.
We then won a competitive pitch to recruit permanent senior Key Account Managers (KAMs).
Candidates had to have either rare disease or oncology therapy experience, as well as senior market access proven success.
All 4 KAMs successfully recruited
- 3 candidates for each role put forward for 1stinterview; 2then went through to the assessment centre
- 4 KAMs awarded a role with the client
- Recruited 2019/20
