A specialist rare disease pharmaceutical organisation wanted to expand its presence in the UK. They had a need for 4 very senior specialist Key Account Managers.



Initially client chose to go to a European headhunter who failed to recruit any of the candidates required.

We then won a competitive pitch to recruit these roles on a permanent basis

Candidates had to have either rare disease or oncology therapy experience, as well as proven success in market access.

  • 3 candidates for each role put forward for 1st interview; 2 then went through to the assessment centre
  • 4 Key Account Managers successfully recruited
