How long have you been with CHASE and what are your responsibilities?
I joined CHASE in February 2016 as Project Manager responsible for supporting both our Client companies and our CHASE team members working with them. I am also responsible for supporting the continued development of our Executive Solutions for Permanent, Contract and Interim offerings. I am excited at the prospect of assisting with the continued growth of CHASE through providing outstanding service, always.
What’s your background prior to joining CHASE?
I have over 30 years’ experience gained within the Pharmaceutical and Healthcare sectors in sales, first-line management, marketing and recruitment. Recruitment and Contracting experience gained within CROs, agencies, RPO and direct company basis within the Pharmaceutical, Healthcare and Devices sectors. Having completed a maternity leave cover as an internal recruiter I was looking for a new challenge and CHASE will provide this in a new role as we continue to grow.
What do you see as the opportunities for CHASE over the next 5 years?
As the healthcare industry continues to change there will be a continued need for flexible resourcing solutions and high quality people and CHASE are well positioned to provide these efficiently through our experienced and well-motivated team.
What makes CHASE different to other providers of People Solutions?
Our competitive advantage is that we are leaders in both Contract Services and Recruitment and that we are able to provide a quick, nimble, response to client and candidate needs.
I have experience of working with CHASE as both a candidate and client. They took time to meet with me as a candidate and client to fully understand my needs in both roles to ensure I was well matched with opportunities as well as providing well matched candidates for job opportunities. I know that their values and work ethic make them a great team to work with to deliver both permanent and contract resourcing solutions!
