How long have you been with CHASE and what are your responsibilities?
I’ve been with CHASE since May 2019. I’m part of the highly experienced Business Development Team, who help clients find resourcing solutions to their brand challenges in an ever changing NHS landscape.
What’s your background prior to joining CHASE?
I’m a Chartered Chemist by profession having spent 10 years working for RTZ Metals. I then moved into the Pharmaceutical Industry where I spent 10 years with Bristol Myers Squibb in various senior Sales and Marketing Roles, before moving into the outsourced services industry with In2Focus in 1999 .Following the merger with Ashfield held board level positions with Ashfield in Sales and Marketing roles over a period of 17 years, including 3 years as Managing Director.
What do you see as the opportunities for CHASE over the next 5 years?
CHASE have an enviable reputation in the Industry for the provision of high quality people, whether they are provided on contract or permanently. As new roles and services are required by our clients, we have a superb opportunity to supply them with highly skilled people to fulfil the needs of these new roles and services.
