How long have you been with CHASE and what are your responsibilities?
I joined CHASE in October of 2016. I work within our Executive Resourcing function, placing candidates into senior sales management, marketing and business development roles. I also try to support the business anywhere else I can!
What’s your background prior to joining CHASE?
I’ve been recruiting for the UK Healthcare industry since 1989 after starting my career in field sales (Pharma and Medical Devices) with Upjohn and DePuy. The majority of that time was spent at Royce, where I worked alongside 3 of CHASE’s senior directors. During that time I was fortunate enough to manage some of the biggest recruitment campaigns ever seen in the UK Pharma industry. I’m delighted to be able to join my ex colleagues at such a pivotal time in CHASE’s history.
What do you see as the opportunities for CHASE over the next 5 years?
As the pharmaceutical industry continues to consolidate in terms of size and structure, there will be an even greater need for flexible recruitment solutions and differential contract resourcing based upon a high quality of candidate, properly screened and selected. We’re also excited by the opportunity to better use the huge network of contacts that we have built up over the years to further develop our Executive level recruitment offering
