How long have you been with CHASE and what are your responsibilities?
I have been Recruitment Director of CHASE since 1998 and I am responsible for CHASE's tactical operations and managing the consultancy team throughout the UK
What’s your background prior to joining CHASE?
Prior to joining CHASE I spent 12 Years at MSD working as a Medical Representative, Hospital Account Manager and as a 1st Line Manager in Scotland & the North East. My first role on graduating was working for BHS as part of their Human Resources Graduate scheme, I then worked for two years as a Recruitment Consultant in the City.
What do you see as the opportunities for CHASE over the next 5 years?
As a business we have diversified over the last five years to provide complete people solutions for the Pharmaceutical and Healthcare industry. Our contract Sales division and Recruitment division have both seen spectacular growth and we are now a market leader in Vacancy management. We will continue to respond to the market needs and provide the highest quality of candidates and service to our clients.
