How long have you been with CHASE and what are your responsibilities?

I joined CHASE in February 2016 as Project Manager responsible for supporting both our Client companies and our CHASE contract sales staff working with them. A real focus is to continue to deliver outstanding service levels and this is something I aim to achieve every day. I am excited at the prospect of assisting with the continued growth of CHASE.

What’s your background prior to joining CHASE?

I have over 30 years’ experience gained within the Pharmaceutical and Healthcare sectors in sales, first-line management, marketing and recruitment. I have worked successfully within in-house positions as well as within CRO’s and CSO’s. This blend of experience and the skills acquired, allows me to provide real insight and understanding to our Clients and Contractors.

What do you see as the opportunities for CHASE over the next 5 years?

As the Pharmaceutical and Healthcare industries continue to change, there will be an increasing need for flexible resourcing solutions and high quality people. CHASE is well positioned to provide both these elements via our highly experienced and driven team.

What makes CHASE different to other providers of People Solutions?

Our competitive advantage is that we are leaders in both Contract Services and Recruitment. This allows us to provide a quick, nimble, response to client and candidate needs.

I have experience of working with CHASE as both a candidate and client. They took time to meet with me as a candidate to ensure I was well matched with relevant vacancies. As a client they made sure they established what I wanted and then provided me with well matched candidates for job opportunities.
