How long have you been with CHASE and what are your responsibilities?
I joined CHASE in January 2018, and as the Project Director for Clinical Services I am responsible for developing the Clinical value proposition.
What’s your background prior to joining CHASE?
Prior to joining CHASE, I worked as a Project Director overseeing the completion and decommissioning activities for the Salford Lung Studies. Between 1990 & 2016 I worked at GSK in a number of increasingly senior sales, training and management positions across both the Commercial and R&D teams. In 2013 I joined the leadership team supporting the delivery of the Salford Lung Studies and played a prominent role in accelerating recruitment to ensure that both Studies recruited to time and budget.
What do you see as the opportunities for CHASE over the next 5 years?
What makes CHASE different to other providers of People Solutions?
CHASE are very customer focused and appear keen to fully understand and respond to what customer needs are (customer needs are central to decisions that are made). CHASE adopt a one team approach to delivery and will pool resources and expertise to deliver what the customer requires.
We are constantly looking to evolve and improve our services and offerings and will proactively request and respond to customer feedback.
