With a career in pharma dating back to 1992, I’ve worked across sales, management, recruitment & project roles. Now as COO, I drive operational excellence.

I have been CHASE’s Head of Finance since January 2021 and I am a chartered accountant with a career background in audit, banking, and the property industry.

I joined CHASE in 2016 to head up the Business Development team. I have a strong track record of accomplishments across a spectrum of senior commercial roles.

I have extensive leadership experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry and NHS, leading the development and management of sales and market access teams.

I joined the BD team in 2018 and focus on developing new and existing business relationships by delivering tailored commercial and clinical solutions.

Since joining CHASE in 2009, I’ve led on Business Development, focusing on delivering the highest quality service and building strong client partnerships.

With 20 years’ experience in the life sciences, starting in medical communications, I understand what clients want to be able to build the right solutions.

I joined CHASE in October 2016 with 30+ years’ experience in recruitment, sales, and project management, delivering tailored solutions to Pharma and Healthcare.

I joined CHASE in June 2020 to lead the Pharma Executive & Marketing division. It’s great to be back with familiar faces and part of an industry-leading team.

I joined CHASE in 2018 to set up CHASE Clinical, leading Clinical Trials and Collaborative Working, with 30+ years’ experience in Pharma R&D and Market Access.

I joined CHASE as a Project Manager in April 2019, supporting both contract employees and client companies across Healthcare and Pharmaceutical sectors.

I’m an experienced Pharmacist focused on improving healthcare outcomes. At CHASE, I work closely with NHS organisations and the pharmaceutical industry.

With a strong background in pharmacy operations and a clear vision for healthcare innovation, I lead Medacy Ltd as Managing Director, driving growth.

I founded CHASE in 1998 and as Chairman work with the Exec Team to deliver strategy. It’s our people and passion that truly set CHASE apart.
