Senior Brand Manager - Rare Disease Launch (Contract, Immediate Start)

This is an opportunity to join a small, fast-growing biotech preparing to launch a first-in-class therapy for a rare autoimmune condition. With a UK team of just five people (two in marketing), you'll work in a lean, collaborative environment where adaptability and initiative are key.

The Role:

As Senior Brand Manager, you'll be part of a three-person marketing team, collaborating on pre-launch and launch activities. You'll contribute to shaping and executing the UK marketing plan, supporting market access, and building brand presence.

Key responsibilities:

• Support development and delivery of UK marketing activities aligned with global strategy.
• Drive pre-launch and launch initiatives, including NICE approval support.
• Collaborate cross-functionally and manage agency relationships.
• Ensure compliance with ABPI and UK regulations.

What we're looking for:

• Pharma marketing experience at brand or senior brand level.
• Ideally pre-launch and launch experience in rare disease.
• Experience in biotech or small, growing pharma (or exposure to agile environments).
• ABPI qualification preferred.
• Comfortable in a hands-on, fast-moving setting where adaptability is key.
