The Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager who can combine strategic vision with hands-on execution. This is a unique opportunity to lead both the commercial and marketing functions in a dynamic environment where your impact will be visible and immediate.

You will:

• Drive marketing strategy and execution for specialist products.
• Lead and coach a small sales team (currently 3 Key Account Managers).
• Work closely with senior leadership to shape the UK growth plan.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in sales leadership and marketing strategy within pharma or biotech.
• Strong track record of launching and growing specialist products (rare disease or cardiovascular experience is a plus).
• Ability to thrive in a start-up style environment where flexibility and initiative are key.
• ABPI qualification preferred.
