NHS Commercial Account Manager - Surgical/IPC/Waste Management - S W England

The Commercial Account Manager plays a pivotal role in advancing their strategic objectives within the NHS and broader healthcare markets. This position is responsible for driving regional commercial growth, with a particular emphasis on engagement at Integrated Care System (ICS) and regional group levels.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Executing a regional business plan aligned with the category-specific sales strategies to deliver revenue and margin growth as per annual or reviewed targets.
  • Achieving individual KPI's and investing in professional self-development outside of these KPI's.
  • Establishing and nurturing relationships with key NHS stakeholders and decision-makers to expand their market presence.
  • Applying expert product knowledge to deliver solution-oriented sales approaches that meet customer needs.
  • Representing the company's core values at all times and participating in relevant internal and external meetings and initiatives.

Candidate profile:

  • Sales Key Account Management experience or medical training within the healthcare industry
  • Appropriate regional experience of NHS customers
  • Understanding of NHS and flow of products
  • Commercial acumen
  • Customer Centricity
  • Continuous Improvement Mindset
  • Collaborative Team Player

Salary is negotiable and dependent on experience, but an excellent bonus benefits package will also be offered.
