  • Work with premium products trusted by top injectors and training schools
  • Opportunity to develop your career in a dynamic, growing business

Our client is a global leader in precision injection technology, trusted by leading pharmaceutical and medical device companies worldwide. For over 50 years, they've pioneered innovations in aesthetics, setting new standards for safety, comfort, and clinical outcomes.

They're now seeking a commercially driven Aesthetics Business Manager to own and grow relationships with existing partners - training schools & manufacturers, wholesalers, pharmacies, and key clinics/chains - while developing new business across the defined territory above.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Own and grow partner accounts (training providers & manufacturers, wholesalers & pharmacies, key clinics/chains) with structured joint business plans, performance reviews, and upsell/cross-sell initiatives
  • Develop new business across targeted customer segments; prospect, qualify, and close new clinic groups and strategic accounts
  • Drive revenue through multiple channels (wholesale/pharmacy distribution, direct B2B webshop/inside sales) while aligning activities with marketing campaigns, conferences, and KOL/education initiatives
  • Champion the portfolio: translate product features into clinical and commercial value; support product trials, trainings, workshops, and conference activity
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations/warehouse, customer service, and regulatory/quality teams to ensure excellent customer experience and compliant communications

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven sales success in medical aesthetics or closely related medical devices
  • Strong relationships or demonstrable experience working with clinics, wholesalers, pharmacies, and training providers; familiarity with the injectables landscape (manufacturers, brands, trends)
  • Commercial acuity: territory planning, pipeline management, negotiation, and data-driven decision-making
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to engage practitioners, educators, buyers, and senior stakeholders
  • Knowledge of UK medical device compliance (e.g., MHRA/UK MDR) is advantageous

Excellent salary plus bonus and benefits will be offered to the successful candidate.

Chase recruitment review

"I cannot speak highly enough about my experience with Chase and Victoria Henderson. Victoria was very knowledgeable and her insight into each of the interview stages was invaluable. She regularly checked in with me and gave me reassurance when I was preparing for my interviews. I would recommend both Chase and Victoria as first stop for anyone looking for their next role."

Will always use CHASE for all my job searches.

"I have landed two contracts with CHASE in the last 6/7 years. Kelly has been instrumental in linking me in with jobs that are perfect for me. I have had support for my interviews too. Paul managed me for around 5 years. He is kind and supportive."
