Territory Sales Specialist – Respiratory Devices – East of England/Kent

Our client is a leader in the design and manufacture of the highest quality aerosol drug delivery and lung health devices for the management of respiratory conditions. Their mission is to help people breathe better and live fuller lives. This is achieved through patient and user centric products, designed and manufactured by a dedicated team of individuals.

They are now seeking a talented Territory Sales Specialist at the location shown.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Ensure that patients who are in need of their products have access to them where and when they need them
  • Accelerate and protect the clinical and economic adoption of their products at Hospitals, community NHS and the healthcare organizations.
  • Pull products through at physician, nurse, and pharmacist level.
  • Develop current knowledge of
  • Establish and maintain resilient relationships with key clinical and budget stakeholders
  • Exploit relationships with the key stakeholders by demonstrating clinical outcomes and financial data to attain and protect formulary approval
  • Establish and maintain resilient relationships with physician, nurse, and pharmacy targets
  • Represent and promote products in congresses and tradeshows etc

Candidate skills and experience required:

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or Science or a related field of study or equivalent work experience
  • Documented success in pursuing formulary approval on non-capital medical devices or pharmaceuticals
  • Demonstrated hunger for achieving and growing sales targets
  • Proven track record of achieving business objectives
  • Ability to influence others
  • Excellent time management skills
  • ABPI qualification is an asset
  • Experience selling respiratory products is an asset

Excellent Basic salary + healthcare + pension + bonus.
