Digital & Commercial Brand Manager - Gastroenterology & Reproductive Health

  • Hybrid - 3 days/week in West London office, 2 days WFH

Are you a strategic marketer with the gravitas to lead digital transformation and the commercial acumen to drive brand performance?

Our client is a global pharmaceutical innovator with a strong legacy in Urology, Endocrine Oncology, Gastroenterology, Endocrinology (Growth), and Reproductive Health. Their mission is to empower physicians to treat patients on the body's own terms-and they're investing heavily in digital excellence to make that happen.

This senior-level role (equivalent to a Marketing Manager, Sales Manager, or Medical Lead) is split into two distinct areas of responsibility, offering a unique opportunity to lead transformation and deliver commercial impact.

Digital Excellence Leadership (Approx. 70%)

You'll be the driving force behind the UK's digital transformation across two business units. This part of the role is all about:

  • Energising and educating cross-functional teams-marketing, medical, sales, and others-to adopt digital-first thinking and embed best practices.
  • Acting as the UK's digital ambassador, aligning with and influencing the global digital roadmap to ensure the UK is at the forefront of innovation.
  • Leading the development and execution of omnichannel engagement strategies, integrating CRM and automation platforms to deliver seamless customer journeys.
  • Building internal capabilities, SOPs, and frameworks to elevate digital performance and embed a culture of continuous improvement.

Commercial Portfolio Management (Approx. 30%)

You'll lead the strategy for a suite of established brands that are no longer actively promoted by the sales force. Instead of rep-led engagement, you'll use digital channels and targeted marketing to maintain visibility and drive performance. This includes:

Developing and executing cost-effective digital brand strategies to increase product uptake and lifecycle value.
Managing forecasting and P&L, using structured problem-solving and data-driven decision-making.
Applying critical thinking to optimise ROI and demand generation within a lean budget.
Ensuring these brands remain commercially relevant through smart, agile marketing.

  • Significant experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare marketing, with a strong digital focus.
  • Proven success in omnichannel campaign execution and digital engagement strategies.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, marketing automation, and data analytics.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and project management skills.
  • Gravitas, influence, and a growth mindset-ready to make an impact and progress.
