Our client is an innovative, European manufacturer who have built a powerful reputation within the fields of Neurology and Clinical / Aesthetic Dermatology and have a strong global presence. Key to their business success is the development of their people both within their current job and in terms of their potential for the future.

They now seek a talented Senior/Brand Manager who will play a critical role in shaping and managing the success of their Therapeutics products. The Senior/Brand Manager will develop effective brand strategies and deliver promotional campaigns, ensuring regulatory compliance and lead on the development and implementation of Brand plans and campaigns.

Reporting to the UK & Ireland Marketing Manager, the successful candidate will;

• Lead on annual brand planning process and roll out to the wider team
• Lead or contribute to Global/local market research projects
• Contribute to pre-launch and launch activity for new products or indications as required
• Development & implementation of promotional & patient materials and control of approval process in line with ABPI/PMCPA COP
• Brand/indication lead for internal company meetings, communications & product updates
• Develops external relationships with HCPs to gain insight for maximizing marketing & sales promotion
• To work closely with sales and medical teams, to ensure seamless execution of brand strategies

Candidate profile:

• Extensive experience in a Pharmaceutical Marketing role
• ABPI medical representative exam pass
• Marketing qualification - CIM or equivalent (desirable)
• Digital expertise - experience in planning and managing digital channels
• Ability to apply understanding of the Health Care environment and adapt to the changing customer needs
• Customer engagement skills - the ability to understand systems, processes and resources available
