Primary Care Liaison Manager - Medical Insurance - Wales/West Midlands

Our client provides insurance to medical and dental professionals.

They are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Primary Care Liaison Manager to join their dynamic Primary Care sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for the recruitment and retention of GPs, GPSTs and other medical professionals working across GP practices, and private primary care providers. The successful candidate will be able to work under the pressure of achieving pre-determined individual and team targets, whilst working within protocols and KPIs, and will be able to demonstrate a history of achieving this. Lateral thinking and creativity are very much encouraged within this environment.

Your primary responsibility will be to promote the benefits of membership to clinicians by attending key events within GP and GPST settings. Your key focus will be the recruitment of primary care and dental professionals into membership, working closely with practice managers and promoting the Group care product. In addition, you will deliver a comprehensive programme of educational training seminars, as well as organising educational events in order to retain members and maintain the member pipeline.

Networking with key influencers within practices, postgraduate educational staff, and departmental educational leads will be vital in this role.

Required Experience:

  • Successful sales experience, working within and managing a budget.
  • Previous experience of identifying and providing high levels of customer service.
  • Extensive experience of working to pre-agreed targets.
  • Experience delivering presentations to a variety of audiences.
  • Experience of the Secondary healthcare sector and changing marketplace

You will be a proactive planner, able to work towards agreed targets, and possess a confident, enthusiastic, and self-motivated approach. Excellent communication, organisational, and presentation skills are essential, as is the ability to be a collaborative team player. A passion for learning and achieving success is a must.

Chase recruitment review

"I cannot speak highly enough about my experience with Chase and Victoria Henderson. Victoria was very knowledgeable and her insight into each of the interview stages was invaluable. She regularly checked in with me and gave me reassurance when I was preparing for my interviews. I would recommend both Chase and Victoria as first stop for anyone looking for their next role."

Will always use CHASE for all my job searches.

"I have landed two contracts with CHASE in the last 6/7 years. Kelly has been instrumental in linking me in with jobs that are perfect for me. I have had support for my interviews too. Paul managed me for around 5 years. He is kind and supportive."
