Key Account Manager - Medication Management - London & SE England
Our client simplifies home care with automated medication management that increases safety and frees up time for carers. Through smart technology, care recipients gain more independence and carers can work more efficiently, while keeping medication safety at the forefront.
Due to their expansion plans in the UK, they now seek a talented Key Account Manager (KAM) at the location shown.
The KAM is responsible for building, strengthening and nurturing the relationships with the company's key accounts, ensuring their needs are met and they receive maximum value from the company's products and services to ensure customer success, strong local reference stories and enable fast scale-up.
Additionally, the KAM will focus on new business development activities by identifying potential new key accounts, establishing strong relationships with them and closing sales deals to support profitable and aggressive growth in selected market areas. KAM actively identifies and works with all levels in Integrated Care System / social and home healthcare from politicians to care managers to make sure that all critical stakeholders understand their value proposition and support service implementation and scale-up.
To succeed, the KAM needs strong consultative selling skills, strong change management skills and social skills to build strong relations. The role focuses on identifying and engaging key clinical and access stakeholders to ensure eligible patients can benefit from their medicines, achieve territory and organizational goals whilst conducting themselves in full compliance with the ABPI Code of Practice, company and legal policies.
