Field Sales Representative - Wearable Tech - Metabolic Wellness - South UK

Our client is a highly regarded medical technology company with a market leading product portfolio. They have started to develop a foothold in the UK through pioneering a biowearable device and app designed to help people improve their overall health, fitness and wellbeing.

They are now seeking a talented business developer to generate business to business (B2B) sales for them in the UK market. This role will collaborate with the current business development team to develop and close prospective B2B customers. These professionals may be across healthcare, nutrition, wellness and/or medical professions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Understand their value proposition and marketing messaging to be able to explain the product function, benefits and relevance to potential customers
  • Opportunistic lead generation to build out pipeline
  • Contacting and converting leads sourced and provided by the UK central business development team
  • Engaging with prospective customers to build relationships, develop proposals, execute contracts and implement after sales care
  • Conducting sales meetings and product demos, utilising all available communication channels (in person, video, phone) with customers including NHS and Private GPs and metabolic wellness clinics
  • Negotiating and closing contracts with customers, in collaboration with business leadership and legal teams
  • Driving further account sales by working business leadership to monitor product consumption and provide additional order support

Candidate background required:

  • Understanding of selling to the NHS
  • Excellent territory planning experience
  • New business development and launch experience
  • Account management experience
  • Excellent understanding of the sales process
  • Proven track record selling to Healthcare Professionals
  • Preference for some experience selling to Nutritionists or Nutritional Therapists

Salary is negotiable and dependent on experience and an excellent bonus benefits package will also be offered.
