CHASE Commercial Project Manager - UK wide

CHASE is the UK's leading independent provider of outsourced solutions to commercial and medical teams in the life sciences industry. Our solutions include customer engagement, NHS industry partnership working, and recruitment. We also provide pharmacist-led clinical services into the NHS through Medacy; a CHASE company.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to understand our customers strategic imperatives, engage with key stakeholders and employees to deliver business success through maximising the productivity and impact of customer projects.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Aligning project management activities to support the strategic imperatives (SIs) of our customers
  • Monthly insight & added value reports for customer and internal stakeholders
  • Lead, manage, and develop individuals and teams
  • Pastoral Care to employees, ensuring their mental health & well-being are supported
  • Identify issues and quickly resolve or escalate with desired outcomes
  • Ensure compliance with relevant CQC, NHS, GDPR and ABPI guidelines
  • Coaching & development support with employees aligned to customers' needs and requirements
  • On & Off-Boarding
  • Support/ lead business reviews with customers and employees
  • Performance Improvement Plans/Investigations/Disciplinary Hearings/Customer Restructure/TUPE
  • Identify and develop business opportunities with current & potential customers

Candidate Requirements:

  • ABPI qualified or HCP qualification
  • Full Driving Licence (max 6 points)
  • Line Management experience with a successful track record from a Life Science organisation or a Life Science supplier
  • Experience in performance management, having a positive impact sales teams
  • Evidence of proactivity in gathering and sharing insights, problem solving to drive required outcomes
  • Evidence of influencing and challenging the status quo
  • Ability to develop strong internal and external relationships
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

This role is a national position, so some travel and overnight stays will be required.
