Strategic Partnership Manager - Wound Care - South East England

Our client is a UK-based medical device innovator focused on improving patient outcomes through neuromuscular electrostimulation (NMES) technology. Their device is a non-invasive, wearable NMES device designed to increase blood flow, support VTE prevention, reduce oedema, and accelerate wound healing. As NHS and global adoption continue to grow, they are strengthening their commercial capability to support sustainable, evidence-led expansion in the wound division.

They are now recruiting for a Strategic Partnership Manager (SPM) to drive sales growth, develop strategic partnerships, and support clinical adoption of their device across both acute and community settings.

The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding adoption and embedding NMES best practice within healthcare systems.

The role focuses on:

  • Delivering year‑on‑year sales growth aligned with commercial strategy.
  • Engaging key NHS decision‑makers to drive formulary inclusion and pathway integration.
  • Developing long‑term strategic partnerships with clinical and non‑clinical leaders.
  • Analysing market and sales data to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
  • Supporting regional commercial plans through aligned cross‑functional collaboration

Responsibilities include:

  • Deliver sales growth by educating clinicians and stakeholders on evidence‑based application of the geko® device.
  • Develop and maintain influential relationships with key NHS decision‑makers, including Heads of Service, Tissue Viability Nurses, Specialist Nurses, Procurement Leads, Medicines Optimisation Teams, and Clinical Strategy Groups.
  • Seek out, identify, and progress new business opportunities in both acute and community settings.
  • Drive pathway development, formulary inclusion, and long‑term adoption initiatives
  • Deliver clinical and commercial presentations to multidisciplinary teams.
  • Engage clinician‑to‑clinician and peer‑to‑peer networks to enhance credibility and drive adoption.
  • Influence strategic decision‑making at local and regional levels.

Candidate requirements:

  • Clinical qualification (nursing or podiatry highly desirable).
  • Experience in commercial or influencing roles within UK healthcare.
  • Experience conducting commercial negotiations with NHS organisations.
  • Experience supporting wound care, vascular, or lower limb services.
  • Experience delivering partnership agreements or pathway development

An exceptional salary, bonus and benefits package will be offered to the successful candidate.

Chase recruitment review

"I cannot speak highly enough about my experience with Chase and Victoria Henderson. Victoria was very knowledgeable and her insight into each of the interview stages was invaluable. She regularly checked in with me and gave me reassurance when I was preparing for my interviews. I would recommend both Chase and Victoria as first stop for anyone looking for their next role."

"I have landed two contracts with CHASE in the last 6/7 years. Kelly has been instrumental in linking me in with jobs that are perfect for me. I have had support for my interviews too. Paul managed me for around 5 years. He is kind and supportive."
