The opportunity

You'll take ownership of the cardiorespiratory therapy area, leading strategy and performance across a portfolio spanning airway disease and pulmonary vascular conditions.

With responsibility across key European markets you will:

• Define and deliver portfolio and brand strategy
• Play a key role in upcoming launch readiness and execution
• Drive commercial performance, forecasting, and prioritisation
• Identify and unlock growth opportunities across markets
• Translate insights into clear, actionable plans

• Proven success in European / multi-market commercial roles
• Experience across launch and/or lifecycle management (launch experience now a clear advantage)
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery
• Strong stakeholder leadership - able to influence without authority
• Comfortable operating in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
