Strategic Partnerships & Ecosystem Growth Lead - Medication Management - UK

  • New role due to UK expansion
  • Exclusive vacancy

Our client simplifies home care with automated medication management that increases safety and frees up time for carers. Through smart technology, care recipients gain more independence and carers can work more efficiently, while keeping medication safety at the forefront.

Due to their expansion plans in the UK, they now seek a talented Strategic Partnerships & Ecosystem Growth Lead, responsible for building, shaping and scaling their partner ecosystem, with a primary focus on TEC providers and pharmacy partnerships.

Reporting to the UK Managing Director, the role encapsulates full ownership from strategy through to delivery - translating partnership strategy into tangible outcomes, including qualified pipeline, signed contracts, and successful, scalable implementations.

You will own the partner channel as a core route to market, working across NHS and Local Authority systems to align partners to priority pathways (e.g. discharge, frailty, long-term conditions), and embedding the client within integrated models of care.

Candidate experience required:

  • Proven experience in partnerships, channel development, or ecosystem-led growth, ideally within health, social care, or technology-enabled services
  • Strong understanding of UK health and care system dynamics (NHS, ICBs, Local Authorities, commissioning and delivery models)
  • Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into execution, including partner activation, pipeline generation, and delivery alignment
  • Strong commercial capability: negotiation, joint business planning, and pipeline ownership
  • Comfortable operating across strategic and operational levels - from senior stakeholder engagement to hands-on execution
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with a structured and outcome-focused approach
  • This is an individual contributor role with significant cross-functional leadership responsibility, requiring influence without authority across commercial, operational, and product teams.

This role is a key position within the UK business, with responsibility for building and scaling the partner channel. As the UK business grows, there is potential to further expand this into broader partnership leadership and team development.

A Highly Competitive Basic, Bonus and Benefits package will be paid.

Chase recruitment review

"I cannot speak highly enough about my experience with Chase and Victoria Henderson. Victoria was very knowledgeable and her insight into each of the interview stages was invaluable. She regularly checked in with me and gave me reassurance when I was preparing for my interviews. I would recommend both Chase and Victoria as first stop for anyone looking for their next role."
