We are partnering with a leading global healthcare organisation to appoint an Associate Director level marketing leader for a high-profile growth area within their UK business.

This role sits within the private market business unit and will focus on driving growth through a B2B2C model, working with key partner channels including digital providers, pharmacy and other customer platforms to engage patients in a fast-evolving category.

The role

You will lead the development and execution of marketing strategy for the UK private market, working cross-functionally with commercial, medical, market access, legal and global stakeholders.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Developing and delivering UK marketing strategy for the private market business
• Driving growth through partner-led B2B2C channels including digital and pharmacy providers
• Leading consumer acquisition, engagement and retention initiatives
• Building innovative omnichannel campaigns within a regulated environment
• Managing key external partnerships and agencies
• Working closely with regional and global teams within a complex matrix structure
• Helping shape future best practice in a strategically important market

The profile

We are interested in speaking with candidates who bring a blend of modern consumer marketing capability and the ability to operate effectively within a regulated healthcare environment.

The ideal candidate will understand how to drive growth through digital and partner-led channels, while also being comfortable navigating the governance, pace and stakeholder complexity of a global pharma business.

Likely backgrounds could include healthcare, consumer health, digital health, pharma, OTC, fintech, gaming, e-commerce or other regulated sectors.

You will ideally bring:

• Significant marketing leadership experience at senior manager / director level
• Strong B2B2C experience working through partner ecosystems
• Digital expertise across acquisition, CRM, engagement and retention
• Understanding of pharma or similarly regulated commercial environments
• Experience working in complex matrix organisations
• Strong commercial acumen and data-led decision making
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functionally
• Energy, pace and a hands-on mindset
