Business Development Manager - International markets - Medical Devices

Due to expansion, our client a looking for a talented international BDM who will assume a regional responsibility, with the primary focus being to grow and expand portfolio sales across both Surgical and Medical procedure packs

Responsibilities include:

• Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to drive market adoption of the portfolio across Europe and Internationally
• Identify, engage, and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including KOLs, HCPs and international distributors
• Educate healthcare professionals on the benefits and clinical value through product presentations, demonstrations, and hands-on training
• Work closely with regulatory, clinical, and marketing teams to ensure alignment in market access and product positioning
• Collaborate with KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) and support clinical studies and trials to strengthen the evidence base
• Drive international tender submissions, pricing negotiations, and reimbursement discussions to secure commercial contracts

Experience of working with medical / surgical procedure packs at an international level is preferred but not essential
