E-Commerce National Account Manager - Dermo-cosmetics - Hybrid/London based

Our client is the 2nd largest dermo-cosmetics laboratory in the world. They employ some 10,000 people worldwide with its products are distributed in about 130 countries.

You will lead and develop commercial partnerships with key e-commerce customer accounts, responsible for delivering sustainable sales growth, profit targets and brand visibility.

This leadership role requires a blend of strategic vision, commercial acumen, and strong relationship-building skills to drive profitable Net Revenue growth and out performance in market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a robust customer strategy aligned with UK business objectives.
• Drive net revenue growth, market share expansion, and achievement of profit targets.
• Identify business development opportunities to stretch beyond the target.
• Maximize brand visibility and sell-out growth through best-in-class activation, promotion, and merchandising strategies.
• Collaborate closely cross-functionally, to ensure alignment and flawless execution.
• Identify growth opportunities through assortment, distribution, pricing and category development initiatives.
• Track, report and analyze sales performance, promotional effectiveness, and ROI.

Person Specification:

• Strong track record in national account management with online retailers, ideally within beauty, skincare, cosmetics
• Blue-chip experience.
• Proven success in achieving sales, market share, and profit targets.
• Commercially savvy with strong analytical and financial skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to turn insights into actionable plans.
• Degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
