With a strong focus on innovation and patient outcomes, they are investing in their UK Market Access function to support the successful launch and adoption of new oncology medicines, while helping shape the future of their broader portfolio.

This is a high-profile opportunity for an experienced UK Market Access professional to play a strategic role in one of the company's key product launches, while contributing to future pipeline assets across the UK and Ireland.

The Role

  • You will combine strategic head office responsibilities with external stakeholder engagement, leading the development and execution of market access strategies across the product lifecycle.
  • Working cross-functionally with Medical, Commercial and Global colleagues, you will:
  • Develop and execute UK market access strategies for launch and in-market products
  • Build compelling value propositions and payer engagement materials
  • Lead the development of business cases, formulary packs and market access resources
  • Support pricing and reimbursement strategy through payer insights and market intelligence
  • Collaborate on HTA implementation and post-reimbursement access activities
  • Engage with NHS stakeholders including ICBs, Cancer Alliances, Medicines Optimisation Leads and other payer organisations
  • Support local implementation by identifying and removing barriers to access
  • Work closely with field-based colleagues to ensure successful adoption across the NHS

About You

We're looking for someone who brings:

  • UK pharmaceutical market access experience
  • Experience supporting product launches within the UK
  • Strong understanding of NHS England, ICBs and the UK payer environment
  • Experience developing market access materials and value propositions
  • Knowledge of pricing, reimbursement and HTA processes
  • Excellent cross-functional influencing and project management skills

Oncology experience is advantageous, but candidates with strong UK market access experience from other specialty therapy areas are encouraged to apply.

Chase recruitment review

"I cannot speak highly enough about my experience with Chase and Victoria Henderson. Victoria was very knowledgeable and her insight into each of the interview stages was invaluable. She regularly checked in with me and gave me reassurance when I was preparing for my interviews. I would recommend both Chase and Victoria as first stop for anyone looking for their next role."

Will always use CHASE for all my job searches.

"I have landed two contracts with CHASE in the last 6/7 years. Kelly has been instrumental in linking me in with jobs that are perfect for me. I have had support for my interviews too. Paul managed me for around 5 years. He is kind and supportive."
