Our client is a highly regarded international medical technology company with an innovative product offering. They have developed a strong foothold in the UK diabetes mgmt. / CGM market and have exciting growth plans for the next few years.

The company are now looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Market Access Manager to work covering their high potential UK North territory.

In this role you will identify and develop key decision makers across the broad NHS economy, specifically including Medicines Management Pharmacists, Commissioning Managers, APC Members, Clinical Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and Lead Diabetologists.

As this will be a very autonomous role, you will need to have strong negotiation and decision-making skills as well as excellent communication capabilities. As you will be working closely with the NHS you will need a clear understanding of the local NHS dynamics across the territory, relating to Diabetes management and its drivers.

The role would suit a driven and determined individual with a strong track record of commercial strategic ‘customer facing’ success across this region in a relevant market.

The ideal candidate would possess:

• 5 years of Diabetes/insulin device/CGM industry experience (ideal – however open to other medical device exp)
• Strong understanding of the NHS structure and working in a market access role
• Relevant network of contacts within the industry across the region and track record in NHS market access
